This team has a combined total of over 200 years of parts experience from several different vehicle lines, but all are willing and able to help you with all the brands the Modern Parts Center carries. Rowan Martin
Wholesale Parts Specialist
Rowan Martin, or ‘Martin’ as many know him, has been a Parts Consultant at the Modern Parts Center for nearly 24 years. He is very knowledgeable about GM parts and you can often find other members of the sales team consulting with him. He feels the Modern Part Center is successful because they work together as a team – helping each other ultimately helps the customer.
Martin’s favorite past times include motorcycles and spending time at the gym. His favorite sports team is the Panthers, and if he’s dining out, he’s probably eating seafood at his favorite restaurant, The Crab Shack.

Sergio Vivero
Wholesale Parts Specialst
Sergio Vivero lives in Winston-Salem and has 28 years of parts experience. His knowledge base extends into each of the vehicle lines the Modern Parts Center carries including GM, Infiniti, Nissan and Toyota. He says the staff works hard to go above and beyond when it comes to taking care of customers.
Sergio enjoys water sports and outdoor activities when he’s not working, and loves vacationing in Florida. His favorite sports team is El America.

Ernie Lunsford
Wholesale Parts Specialist
Ernie Lunsford brings 24 years of parts experience to the Modern Parts Center team. He and his wife, Ashley have a daughter, Ella along with two cats names Marley and Brody.
When he’s not working, Ernie likes tailgating at football games, camping, fishing, and spending time with family. His favorite food is Mexican food, and you’ll likely find him eating it at El Maguey in Pfafftown where he lives. His favorite sports teams are Wake Forest and The Atlanta Braves.

Carl Mosteller
Wholesale Parts Specialist
Carl Mosteller enjoys fixing things around his home and spending time with his friends
and family when he is not working. He joined the staff in January 2020 and has 22
years of experience working in automotive parts. He lives in Clemmons with his wife,
Brooke, and their two dogs, Pepper and Wally. Something most people may notknow
about Carl is that he is an only child. He loves Japanese foodand is an avid North
Carolina Tar Heels fan. His favorite destinations are warm, sunny locations. His
favorite vacation was a cruise to the Caribbean.

Carolyn Floyd
Wholesale Parts Specialist
Carolyn Floyd currently works remotely from her home in Elwood, Illinois. She brings over 32 years of parts knowledge, covering multiple vehicle lines. Her expertise is in GM and Mazda, but she also has years of experience
working with Subaru, KIA, Mitsubishi, the MOPAR brands, VW and Nissan too. In her spare time, you’ll find her camping, kayaking, or motorcycling. She is also an avid reader. She has been married to her husband, Ken, for 32 years, and they have one son, Anthony.

Jackie Combs
Ecommerce Parts Specialist
Jackie Combs handles internet parts sales at the Modern Parts Center. Her 10 years of experience includes working in the warehouse, at the Nissan dealership, and now the phone room. She really enjoys the relationships she has built over the years working here. Her favorite sports team in the New England Patriots, and she has met Peyton Manning. She has a dog named Titus that she enjoys spending time with. She has traveled to Japan, and her favorite food is sushi.
Eddie Cole
Ecommerce Parts Specialist
Eddie Cole handles internet sales at the Modern Parts Center where he has worked for five years. He feels the friendliness and knowledge of the staff makes a big difference for customers ordering parts. His area of expertise is Toyota. In his spare time he enjoys game nights with friends, and he loves eating at The Carolina Ale House. His favorite sports team is the Atlanta Braves. He’s traveled as far as Ghana, Africa, but his favorite vacation was a week spent at Panama City Beach, Florida.
Jermaine Stephens
Wholesale Sales Manager
Jermaine Stephens is the Wholesale Manager at the Modern Parts Center. He brings 13 years of parts experience to this job, and takes pride in saying his staff continually goes above and beyond to deliver great service to our customers.
Jermaine and his wife have three daughters, and an American Bully named Zeus. He was born in Germany and now resides in Pfafftown with his family. His favorite sports team is the Panthers, and he enjoys riding his motorcycle and spending time in the wind whenever he can.
